This policy applies to All Equine Staffed Sessions and Lessons like our Private Lessons, Therapeutic Lessons, EAL sessions, Pony Camps & Clinics, Vaulting Clinics & Sessions, Semi-private lessons, Private Group Lessons, Stable Management, Equestrian Helper Course, etc.

All the above lessons or sessions must be paid for in full in advance unless you have previously agreed a payment plan with our accounts department.

Ways You Can Pay:
♦ Pay Online: We have an online payment option where you can pay for all lessons, sessions and camps – Click here to Pay Online.
♦ Credit or Debit Card: please contact the accounts by phoning the main office number 01 2720704 Ext 205 or by emailing email@example.com.
♦ Payment Agreement Plan: You can avail of our credit or debit card payment option. We use Sagepay Online Payment System for all card payments which once a payment has been successfully made by us we have the option to securely repeat a payment for a new amount. Your details are stored securely only in the Sagepay system and Festina Lente does not keep or have access to your full card details to make a repeat payment. Please note we do not accept cash or cheque payments.
*Overdue accounts are subject to an administration fee of €15 per month, up to a maximum of €45. This will not affect customers who have opted for our payment plan.

CLINICS & PONY CAMPS
Vaulting & Riding Clinics & Pony Camp bookings will only be accepted and confirmed when full payment is received. Following payment; the accounts department will issue the customer with an Invoice/Receipt confirming the booked camp dates and amount paid.
PAYMENT POLICY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
♦ A client’s place will not be held nor guaranteed until we receive payment in full or by prior agreed payment arrangement.
♦ To confirm your booking an advance payment representing the amount owing for your first riding lesson or equine related activity will be required at the time of booking. Please note that your booking(s) will only be confirmed if payment is received in advance. The preferred method is to process payment from your debit/credit card giving the mutual advantage of a recurring payment plan. Your card details can be used again to pay the balance of your lesson(s) if applicable. Current riding school customers who have opted to pay by electronic funds transfer can pay their advance payment using this method.
♦ An invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of the month showing the date(s) of the booked lesson(s) for that period. If you have cancelled any lesson(s) giving the required notice, the appropriate amount will be credited back to your account and will appear on your account statement – please forward your email address if we do not have this already or if it has changed.
♦ A statement will be sent to you by email at the end of the month – please forward your email address if we do not have this already or if it has changed.
♦ Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to your booked lesson time otherwise the full fee applies for all lessons and sessions. Please note: The Supported Helpers Programme has a no credit policy for cancellations booked during school term times unless the cancellation is medically certified and you supply Festina Lente with a medical certificate.
♦ Make up lessons for any missed lesson(s) cannot be offered nor can they be credited with the exception of a serious illness or injury with a doctor’s note.
