We welcome school tours in Festina Lente Gardens throughout the year. We offer a variety of fun workshops (listed below).
We cater for all different ages and group sizes. All staff & volunteers have been Garda vetted and we have a child protection policy in place.
Feedback from one of the teachers: “We went to Festina Lente as a school tour group in June. The senior infant kids loved the visit. It was safe, welcoming and enjoyable for adults and kids alike. As an experienced teacher I would recommend it as a school tour destination. “
Children will get the option of fun, hands-on activity workshops. Once we have your details and the number of children, we will develop a personalised timetable of activities for you.

For Information please note that:
♦ Once we know your numbers we will put the children into groups. Each group must be accompanied by at least one adult leader from the school.
♦ Accompanying leaders must remain with their group at all times and are responsible for the conduct and behaviour of the group.
♦ Children are advised to bring full raingear, wellington boots and a change of clothes. As our activities are very hands on we encourage children to wear old clothes that parents don’t mind getting mucky!
♦ Please bring a breaktime snack and a packed lunch.
